Delete your OnMacros account

Last updated · 2026-10-27

INNOSD LABS SRL develops OnMacros: the iPhone app, the Android app on Google Play and the web app at app.foodplanai.app. They all use the same account. This page explains how to delete that account and your data. You do not need to sign in to read it.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or on the web first.

How to delete your account

In the OnMacros app on Android

  1. Open the menu and tap the round button with your initials (Account).
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Tap Continue, type your email address to confirm, then tap Delete account.

In the OnMacros app on iPhone

  1. Tap the round button with your initials to open your account.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm with Delete.

On the web

  1. Sign in at app.foodplanai.app.
  2. Open the menu and tap the round button with your initials (Account).
  3. Open the Advanced section and tap Delete account.
  4. Type the confirmation phrase and tap Delete account permanently.

By email

If you cannot sign in, write to hello@onmacros.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account.

What is deleted

  • Your account, your name and email, and your sign in methods (Sign in with Apple, email sign in).
  • Your sessions and the access tokens you created.
  • Your profile, goals and daily targets, and your language and notification settings.
  • Your food logs and meal plans, and the aliases and day structure you set up.
  • Your weight entries, daily metrics (sleep and energy) and training logs.
  • Your chat conversations with the AI assistant.
  • The memories the assistant saved about you.
  • Your coach sheet connection and the data synced from it, if you connected one.
  • Your push notification tokens.
  • Your subscription access record in our database.
  • Your meal photos, which are stored in Cloudflare R2.
  • Your analytics profile and events in PostHog. PostHog removes the events in a weekly batch, so they can remain for a few more days.

What is kept

  • Foods you created stay in the food catalog, with the link to you removed.
  • Hosting server logs, for up to 30 days, then they are deleted automatically.
  • If you had a tester seat, your email stays on our tester list so you can sign up again later. Email us if you want it removed.
  • Billing and invoice records that Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat or Stripe hold under their own legal obligations. We keep our own billing records for up to 10 years where Romanian accounting law (Law 82/1991) requires it.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through an app store. Cancel it yourself so you are not charged again.

  • iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  • Android: Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Web subscriptions: email hello@onmacros.com and we cancel it for you.
